Tohoku and Kanto areas including Tokyo was affected by the big earthquake
at 2:46 pm on March 11.

Fortunately, our factory and office were not affected so much

and as of now we can continue our production as usual.

We have received many e-mails from our partners abroad, 
We, all staffs of VARIS,  would like to say thank you for your warm massages.

Because of the influence of the earthquake, there are the electricity shortage
in Tohoku and Kanto areas.
The government decided to implement the blackout according to the schedule everyday
in those areas including the area of our factory.

We cannot communicate through internet and telephone during the time of  the blackout.
We will inform the schedule of the blackout at this blog.
We hope for your consideration.

Additionally, the domestic and the international shipping is also affected.
Although we can produce the products and send from our factory,
the shipping might be delayed.
We will inform you the update.
